Thyroid Gland Carcinoma Showing Thymus-Like Differentiation definition: A rare primary carcinoma of the thyroid gland, composed of groups of carcinoma cells, separated by a desmoplastic stroma. The architectural pattern resembles the lobulation that is present in thymomas and thymic carcinomas.
